Hope you all had a great Easter weekend!
We drove to Memphis to spend a long weekend with our daughter, Cait and her family. It was a sweet, special time and we savored every moment as it was the first time in well over a year that we’ve been able to enjoy life with them in Memphis.
We arrived back home late last night, got a good night’s sleep are now we’re ready to roll again, with lots of new Spring and Summer recipe ideas.
I’m actually working on a new chicken recipe today that we’ll be sharing soon. I know that some people get tired of chicken but, to me, it’s such a wonderful, healthy blank pallet that can be paired with SO many flavor options and international inspirations.
